5. Payments & Billing
General Payment Terms
All payments for Services provided by Katuju Sahakara must be made in accordance with the specific terms agreed upon in the relevant contract, proposal, or invoice.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, all fees are quoted and payable in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Non-Refundable Fees
Fees paid to Katuju Sahakara are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in a written agreement or required by applicable law.
In the event of early termination of Services by the client, no refund shall be issued for the remaining contract term, unless otherwise agreed.
Billing & Invoicing
Invoices will be issued according to the agreed billing cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or project-based).
Payments must be made by the due date stated on the invoice.
The client is responsible for providing accurate billing details and updating them as necessary.
Late Payments
Any payment not received by the due date may result in:
A late payment fee or interest charge at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
Suspension or limitation of access to Services until outstanding balances are settled.
Termination of Services in cases of persistent non-payment.
Taxes & Withholding
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by governmental authorities.
Clients are responsible for paying any such taxes (including VAT or withholding taxes), except for taxes based on Katuju Sahakara’s net income.
Payment Methods
Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods as communicated by Katuju Sahakara.
Additional transaction fees (e.g., bank charges or card processing fees) may be borne by the client, unless otherwise agreed.
Disputed Charges
If you believe there is an error in an invoice or charge, you must notify Katuju Sahakara in writing within seven (7) business days of receipt.
6. Limitation of Liability
Katuju Sahakara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
We provide services “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Jurisdiction
You agree that the courts located in Depok, Indonesia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes, controversies, or claims that arise in relation to these Terms or your use of the Services.

Dispute Resolution Efforts
